I have been learning fire breathing along with poi and staff over the last few years and i am wondering what kind of licenses if any you would need to busk with it all in public

It depends. In Dublin there are no actual busking licences, however you are very likely to be moved on by the Guards. What is much more important is that to perform anywhere in public you should have public liability insurance - without this you don't have a leg to stand on if dealing with any authorities, and also leave yourself open to potential lawsuits. There are many discussions along these lines over on http://www.emeraldcircus.com which you may find useful.

You should talk to Splinter over in the Juggling forum for his firsthand experience.

    I'm older than Minecraft goats.
