Hi there,

After much deliberation I've decided to book my laser treatment! I've been wearing glasses for the past 15years so I am both excited but very very nervous!

So I decided to go with Ultralase in Dundrum and with (Elite) Lasek (-6 in both eyes) which is taking place in about 2weeks (on a Saturday). The clinic are recommending that I'll be fine to go back to work (computer 99% of my work) on the Tuesday after the procedure but I've heard from a few people that it could actually be a week before I feel able for work.

Have you had lasek and how soon after did you go back to work?

Also my surgeon is Eamonn Hynes - anyone any experience of him?
