This is kinda cool, a Swedish taxi company use a call centre in Senegal and hires local people and teaches them Swedish in less than a year.
And tbh, their pronunciation isn't bad at all.

I suppose there is a proper Swedish speaking manager they can refer to if all else fails. Hopefully the manager would understand Skane accent (not guaranteed )

Imo, they should have kept the work in Sweden, it's not like they don't have unemployment there.
But corporate greed wins out as usual.
