I'm looking at a new hi fi for a kitchen. Somthing for around 60 to 80 euro. Has to have a cd player and a docking station. Need to take up very little more

I doubt you'll get anything classed as H-Fi for 60 to 80 euro, maybe some form of boom box or docking station ? Have you looked in the usual places like HN or Currys or maybe Amazon ? There are plenty of small music systems in that price bracket but I wouldn't imaging the quality being up to much.
