    I'm living overseas but building in Ireland, which I have never done before. I have a bit of a cowboy builder, so the trust levels are low. I am being told that for my lighting my costs for 43 recessed down lights will be as per below (8 per light wich is fine, but the installation?):
    Can some one advise if the 22 euro wiring cost per light is normal. The house is a 2 story 168m2 in total, so quiet a small space

    43 spots in house costing € 1290 extra incl vat (€ 30 per spot supplied and fitted)
    -> € 8 to supply transformer and light fitting c/w bulb
    -> € 22 to wire and fit above
