Looking for some help on what way to wear this. Was thinking grey pumps and grey tights. Would a white long sleeve top underneath look ok?

I think it depends on the tights/leggings.

Personally I'd go with skinny jeans, like the model. I dunno about the long sleeved top. I can't seem to visualise it! A long boyfriend cardigan might be the better option

I wouldn't go with a long sleeved top underneath, don't think it would look right.

Yeh skinny jeans, leggings or jeggings underneath would be perfect and a pair of heels, wedges
