    Just curious, are you affiliated with Trinity? Is this an official TCD Facebook page?

    I hope this isn't taken the wrong way, but I trust you'd appreciate that it would be easy for someone to set up such a page with a view of taking advantage of any incoming students.

    No offence taken, I'm not an official of any society or anything but I set up a page for last year's freshers and people applying this year were joining it so someone asked me to put up a page for this year. I am a student at Trinity by the way...I'm not just a random person with an interest in the university...

    So yeah, since the people applying don't know if they got in yet I thought it would be helpful to just have a page to post questions etc.
