    Got a quote for a phone Monday afternoon, sent it to them by registered post the next day.

    The 9th (Wed) there was an attempted delivery marked "No Answer".

    Same again on Friday (11th)

    Had a look at their website, and was redirected to a company called 02recycle who do appear to be part of 02.

    The new site has no record of the email address i registered with M4YM and is quoting a different price for the handset than i was quoted by M4YM.

    So i'm inclined to conclude M4YM have dropped everything and stopped trading.

    I hope i get my phone back soonish.

    Anyone else in the same position?

    I am sorry that your package was not delivered to our address. All our mail is redirected to An Post and this is collected daily by ourselves.

    Can you advise me on your order number and i will investigate this for you.
