    I have 35 thousand saved up and Wang to invest it! I ding want to get mortgage in Ireland , u can buy an apartment in Dubai for that money, is it wise to buy there ATM??

    Do you want to live in Dubai for the rest of your life? If yes, then buy there.

    Invest in stocks - buy global funds or sector funds and spread your risk - for example 50% stock funds and 50% corporate bond funds. With only 35K though I would put it in only 3 or so funds due to transaction costs.

    Property is the worst possible thing to invest in, and it always has been (except for bubbles, but they are not emerging now).
