    Is anyone else on the UL wifi having problems accessing Facebook or is it just me? Thanks.

    I don't know, I can't open that page! I can't open LinkedIn either or a couple of other websites. Most websites are fine though, outlook.com, google.com, twitter etc etc, but just a few that won't open.

    Windows Network Diagnostics says it might be a DNS error, but I can't figure it out. Tried restarting, disconnecting/reconnecting, dns flush, no good.

    Any ideas?

    Strange thing was, I couldn't open Facebook in any browser, but if I pinged it I got 4 replies. Now I'm getting 0 replies. "Could not find facebook.com". If I type the Facebook IP into the browser it redirects to facebook.com, so the DNS is working.

    It now appears that the Boards CDN (b-static.net) isn't loading either, hence no images appearing on boards if you force-refresh the page.

    Another f**k up by ITD, it seems.

    Do you happen to have malwarebytes installed with website blocking on? Mine went through a phase of letting me open nothing.

    Nope, I only use the on-demand scanner of MBAM (the free version), which only scans when you open it.

    I wouldn't go near UL wireless anyway, unless you were tunnelling through your own vpn !
