combi boiler

Hi GUYS, building a 2000sq ft house, it has one main bathroom and two ensuites.I was thinking of putting in a combi boiler as it seems a lot more simple than other types no hot water cylinder etc. we have not made up ours minds on underfloor heating or rads. any feedback welcome. thanks
