Replacing Seats in 407...

I would like to replace the seats in my 2006 407 with a leather set. For about €650 (incl. delivery) I can get a all seats, door cards and armrest for replacement.

    A couple of questions:

    1. How difficult is it to swap out seats?
    2. Are there any safety precautions I need to take re: airbags, etc. when replacing them?
    3. The new seats are actually from the UK model that has electrics for moving the seats. Are the motors / actuators built into the seats or is there no chance I'll get this functionality in my own 407 if I install them?
    4. Any ideas if I'd get anything for the seats I remove?

    Thanks!
