    I ordered one last week, my problem is that i tried to order another one (allowed 3 per household) and an error came up. I rang the helpline and the person that answered said all the agents were busy so she took my details and said they'd call me back, still waiting for that call. (i am very impatient)

    Just got an email from them saying sorry for the delay, there's been more response than they anticipated and everyone who ordered one will get one. No mention of when though.

    I got mine this morning. I had a missed delivery notice at home and paid €2 online for An Post to redeliver it to work not knowing what the parcel was... big disappointment, I was hoping it was a big present for me. I don't think I would even pay €2 euro in a shop for it!
