Line rental included in bundle?

    Hi.

    Can anyone tell me if line rental is included in the bundles costs.
    I am with upc and am moving house but can only get tv at the new address.
    If i get for example the 8meg package with uncapped downloading for €45
    Do i have to pay line rental on top of that cost or is it included.
    Also, what is the first month discount thats advertised on the site?
