Going to buy one of a friend that i know well, i will have to put tires and possibly rims on it and shocks and sort out rust on the boot and one back arch and the key does not open the boot but it has all extras! no nct or tax at the moment how much is it worth? btw there is 80000 miles on it.

low mileage but sounds like not in top condition. 1.25 litre Ghia perhaps? Great engine and pretty car. Check out prices on Donedeal, anywhere from €500 to €1500 would be my opinion.

Sounds like its not worth it to me.
Plenty of Fiesta of that vintage on Donedeal with a valid NCT and not needing new tyres, shocks and working boot lock/worn key.

If I was getting her for €200 would it be worth fixing her up?

Yes, though put it through the NCT before buying and get a list and see what needs to be fixed.
