Is it ok to perform kettlebell swings the day after a deadlifting and OHP day I generally dont be sore ... was looking at incorporating a kettlebell into my metcons/conditioning workouts.

    Cheers.

Swings form a great assistance exercise to the deadlift.

They also work well for general conditioning.

I say use them. If you notice your deadlift starting to suffer, cut some volume on the swings, but in general people seem to do fine.
