Signing up for ESB Electric & Gas Service

    I've recently moved in to a new place, and registered over the phone with ESB for electric and gas service. That was on the 28th of April. I was told an information pack would be sent to me with my account number, and from their I could register for online billing, etc.

    So far, no such letter has arrived. Today, I received a letter "RE: Connection to the Electricity Distribution System". It's a pretty technical description of the house's electrical supply, but still no account information. Did something get lost in the post or what?

    Hi Rofl Lundgren,

    Can you send me a private message with your MPRN/GPRN numbers, name and address? I will see what stage things are at. The welcome pack can take a number of weeks to arrive, but the account number may be already generated.
