    Hi,

I was wondering if anyone can help me. I want to watch the Heineken Cup Final, but will be in South America at the time?

    1. Does anyone know anywhere on the Brazilian Island "Ilde Grande" That would be showing the match?

    or

    2. What Sports channel in South America will be showing the match live?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

ESPN have the rights for it, if they are showing it live is a different matter. however even if they are showing it you may be hard pushed to find anyone showing it especially on a small island that early.

For questions 1 and 2, the OLSC may be able to give an answer. You can get them at http://www.leinsterrugby.ie/olsc/contact_olsc.php or look up OLSC on facebook and twitter.

Question three can't be asked here, so I'm removing it!

If you're lucky a hostel might have a satellite connection and be showing it. I've been in S.A. around RWC time before and some (not many mind you) of the hostels with tv rooms have had that kind of set up. If you can find out what channel is likely to be broadcasting the game then you could email any hostels on the island to ask.

e: one hostel, actually also in Brazil, even had a DVR. So they used to record the games at the ungodly hours of the morning they were on and replay them at 9pm to a crowd of 20 or 30 Irish/English/Kiwis/Australians, it was fantastic. So cross your fingers!

ESPN will have it. It'll be on ESPN or ESPN mas. A mate watched the final last year, it was broadcast live.
