Hi there, I was looking for some advice on getting back on the road.Hope somebody could help. Basically I was convicted for Drink Driving and driving with no Insurance over 4 years ago. I had a provisional License at the time.(I still have this altough its expired now). My 3 year ban has passed now over a year and I am trying to get back driving. My question is how do I go about getting a new License, do i need to take lessons again or do i just apply for a third provisional as I still have my second one. im confused?
