Topshop has a fairly good tall section, the one in Stephen's Green will be the biggest. It's not in the centre, it's over where the Shelbourne is except much closer to Grafton street. You might hear New Look but they've actually scrapped theirs. Dorothy Perkins lists a tall section on their website but I'm unsure if it's in stores. There's one in the Jervis and also in Clerys, fairly sure. Zara does longer leg lengths and a good bit of their clothes would suit a taller person, they have a store beside the Gaeity and one right beside Debenhams on Henry street. Unfortunately not a big market for it, same for plus size. Petite is far more common.

Forever21, Penneys, Dunnes, Miss Selfridge, New Look, H&M do NOT have tall sections. Standard leg lengths in general stop at 32-33". Arnotts and Debenhams are worth a look to see if their concessions do though. Oasis, Mango and Warehouse do not list tall sections on their websites but are worth a shot anyway for dresses/skirts/tops. Warehouse is beside the Gaeity, Mango is inside of Arnotts and Oasis is on Nassau Street and beside the Topshop I first mentioned.
