Define ghetto for us please. If you mean "an overcrowded urban area often associated with specific ethnic or racial populations living below the poverty line" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ghetto)

Then, I would have to disagree.

Moycullen is lovely, why someone would call it a ghetto is beyond me. Unless you're a bored teen "there's nothing to do here".
