    Wishful thinking, but first steps first: Let's trying getting people to stop their dogs from shhitting on the pavement! THEN we can start drinking small beers and respecting other 'road users'.

    The average American isn't 'smart enough' to drive 'stick-shift', so I reckon it's a non-runner.
