iTunes library to another laptop

    I'm buying a new laptop but want to move my iTunes library of music and videos to the new laptop I'm going to purchase.

    Where my songs are saved I have loads of songs that I don't want so I just want the ones that are actually in my iTunes and on my iPhone.

    What's the best method for moving it as a unit from one laptop to another?
