    Hi all..

Just need a bit of advice..

I am a 63 year old married man and were both retired. I am looking to invest in a property for €95000. I currently own my own home but looking for a second place so I can rent out.

Where is best place for one at the minute? I am looking for it over 20-25 years. Will they even give me one considering we're both retired?

    Any help appreciated
    Thanks.

to put it bluntly, you won't get a mortgage.

Not a chance as your age is against you. You might stand a chance with a commercial loan, but you'll be expected to put up more than the property as collateral and of course the interest rates would be higher
