Heathrow T3 security checks

I'm arriving at T1 and my connection is from T3. I've only got an hour between flights and though I've done this before it's been a while and I can't remember whether I've enough time to get through the security checks at T3 without an escort from my connecting airline. Anyone been through there lately had any delays?

Should be fine if you are on the one ticket, bags are checked through etc. 60 minutes is the minimum recommended time so it's not ideal, but technically doable
