Hi all I'm getting married to a girl from Donegal. I am from Tyrone, i know i need documentation from the north to get married but i dont know what all i need. I think its a birth cert, a certificate of freedom and im not sure what else or how to go about getting a cert of freedom. Any information on this subject would be greatly appreciated.

If you ask your priest he should be able to tell you everything you need. (presuming you're getting married by a priest)

You also need your baptism cert issued six months before date of wedding. The original wont do. I think it is to prove for sure you were not married before. You need to fill in paperwork with your priest, on which he writes your statment of freedom. Your church will give you a copy in a couple of days. Congrats on wedding :)

ps the easiest thing is see you own parish priest before you do anything as they all differ in their approach. You may want them at the ceremony, so you may want to menion this.... but it is not essential.. we went to see both of ours together and gave a small donation for their time. Also the first thing they will ask is to book the pre-marriage course, ours would only do the paperwork once we'd the cert to say we completed it.
