diet for holiday

Hi I am looking 2 go on a quick diet 2 lose a few pounds :eek:for my holidays:) can anybody recommended how many weeks i should start b4 I go im not really heavy at all it just i would have a lot more confidence and feel a lot better in my self. My bmi is 21
