is anyone doing mechanical engineering? im thinking of doing a part time course in september. im just wondering how much practical is in it. like welding (mig, tig, mma), milling or lathe work. also is there much about hydrauclics and pneumatics, like how machines work? i know there is alot of maths and physics involved and i dont mind that, so long as i learn the practical side too.
