My daughter in Canada wants to renew her driving license. I don't know how long it has lapsed so I was wondering if there is a period of time when she can't get a new one without having to do a test. Is there a place where I can down load a renewal form.

I think its 10 years having elapsed before you have to do a theory and driving test again.

If it has lapsed by more than 10 years she's back to square one.
