ok so just joined this and thought id use it as a chance to discover more about people out there..i'm from the north east and well ive been questioning my sexuality for a while now and so i'm just wondering is there really much lesbians out there from the north east?

i dont know a single one! but to be honest thats probably due to the fact that i'm kinda sorta not out about any of this! :/ still letting myself get used to everything before i go any further!

but if you are a lesbian from the north east well..how exactly do you socialise and stuff? i mean do ya just go to regular outings or anything different?

be great to hear about any of this!

there is an LGBT Centre / Group in Dundalk Outcomers. Take a quick look on google.

Theres plenty of couples in the Dundalk area, and even in the more rural towns nearby.

just gave it a look and seems good, dont suppose you have experience yourself with the dundalk outcomers?

Or anyone else even on this got any knowledge of what their meet ups are like?

Afraid I dont have first hand but know / have met some that were involved and it seems to have a nice mixed group.

I *think* theres more guys than girls but its still a way to get to know people....

The "head" of the centre is an amazing lady who works tirelessly on LGBT issues. I have little doubt she or someone else involved would meet you for a tea/coffee if you were nervous about going or wanted to find out more.
