The rear view mirror on my '01 Avensis has come unstuck.
Just wondering what adhesive ye might recommend to re-stick it to the windscreen.

    Thanks

Get special glue from motor factors. Do not use super glue.

You can get adhesive specifically for sticking mirrors back on to windscreens.
Pack includes a little piece of mesh which provides extra purchase for the glue.

To prevent it happening again dab a little WD40 on the ball and socket.

The guys in your local windscreen fitters might give you one of the sticky pads that they use.

You probably know this but make sure to clean the inside of the windscreen properly before sticking on the mirror again. In case there's residue.
