Hey, just getting insurance this week and car, and i was just wondering, I have looked around on online quites, in most I noticed that having Full or provisional makes like 900-1000 euro difference a year. Would you say its possible to have some kind of deal so that I pay specific price per month and when I pass my test it drops rapidly?

It depends on the policy, with some it may have no impact mid term, a simple way around this is to cancel the policy and take out another (if you do the insurance through a broker this is called doing a mid term switch)
