Hi there, just wondering if somebody could tell me if a person were to take upthe morgage to rent option, does that mean that they would not be allowed to rent anywhere else, such as a private house, in a different area. Or would they be tied to the same house for security of tenure for the unforseen future, making it impossible for them to move if the oportunity arrose that they need to take up a job in a different area, or simply that they didn't want to live in that house and in that area for a minuit longer. Does morgage to rent essentially trap the rent payer and take away the freedom to move, that freedom that a morgage gives?Be very interested to know as these details are not apparent in The Keane Report?
