Bass player available in and around cavan/kells area

Bassist available for a covers band in around cavan/kells area..influences would be mostly alternative/rock/indie bands...foos,pearl jam,oasis,coldplay,kol,kasabian,brit rock.etc..i'm early-mid 30's and looking to join an easy goin 3-4 piece cover band..i'd class myself as advanced intermediate rather than a beginner or a pro with decent backing vocals if needed,so get in touch if you're interested cheers...

Hey,

We are looking for serious musicians who will be dedicated to the band. Currently we are seperatley looking for a bass player, and a drummer, although if you recommend someone you know we will take that into consideration too.

Basically we're a new band trying to get it together for live performance and serious recording (One of our closest friends is an excellent sound engineer who is waiting for us to get the line up sorted).

We have four people in the band at the moment; 3 guitarists, 1 pianist and are all signers. All in our later 20's early 30's. Three guys, one girl.

We are based just outside Navan, Co. Meath.

We have a huge area for rehearsals and have every piece of gear imaginable from previous bands we have been in, so you don't have to worry about lugging gear around with you. Arranging studio rehearsals in Dublin is completely doable as well for example in muzzlemusic.ie, whatever works for everyone!

Yes we do covers, not a problem, e.g. young, dylan, the stones, the band etc. but our main focus is to develop our own sound, perform and record it, if it's something ur interested in let us know, like we say we don't want anyone who's half hearted about it! Do you have any of your playing up on sound cloud or youtube?

Ok I have decided to take the bull by the horns to start sing with my Guitar if u know of a drummer get in touch and we can only but try...I will fit in a few numbers to please u like P Jam and what ever else....but i wanna do a few of me own...if u can get a drummer lets meet up and see wot we can do...we wud be jamming in Belturbet railway station if it ever happens !...I have a few songs here I have been practicing here....Down by the river by doves and Unknown legend by Niel Young
