anyone seen or know where i might get a xmall 2 seater sofa? im working with limited space

when i say small i mean no more than 4ft wide

i have seen the ikea 'klobo' but it doesnt look like the most comfortable seat in the world...

i know you can get 'a chair and a half' in the us but havent seen them here..

    any suggestions?

The Ikea "klobo" is more like my old wooden school desk with regards comfort.:(

Argos are selling off small 2 seater leather and leatherete sofas for half price at the moment (240 euro).

I sat in one of them, and its a comfy sofa for the price.:)

The "seat and a half" is refered to here in Ireland as a love seat or a cuddle seat.

You would just barely squeeze 2 "slim" adults into it,and even then it wouldnt be that comfy.

Harvey Norman were selling some of them yesterday for a few hundread euros.

the smallest sofa i have seen is 5ft, a standard armchair is 3 ft so you might find it hard to find one that small

look for love seats, they are the half way ones. marks and spencers have a good range of them but they are pricey but could be a good long term investment

+1 for paying for quality. I got a neat fabric two sweater in Argos for a rented apartment- big mistake! And before you say it, the tenants didn't manage to wear anything else out at all, but the sofa literally fell apart after about two years. I got a solid leather one after that!

Meadows & Byrne also had really gorgeous love seats a few years back, a pal got one. Also pricey, but if they still stock them they have really good sales if you're prepared to wait.

you will be hard pushed to find onr that size to fit anyone but 2 small kids, smallest i found when shopping for similar was 5 foot, and it reclined, which was a big bonus, got it from recliner showroom in bray- i think they also have a shop in dun laoghaire. really good and delivered the following day which was a sunday - brill service

The ikea sandby is small and neat, not much bigger than the klobo. More comfortable, and you can get loose covers for it.
