Sending a bike from Ireland to UK

Afternoon all, Sending a bike over to the UK in the next few days, possibly in different parts/boxes. Anyone have any past experiences with sending one over, other than with An Post? ie, the likes of DHL, UPS, ect. Ideally, I'd like one that's sub €40 for a ~12kg box, too optimistic?
