Price for a cabin at end of garden

I was wondering what would it cost to have a 5x3m cabin built at the end of my garden. Ideally it would be plumbed and have mains electricity. I would be looking to have a room for a gym and a room for a playroom/guest bedroom - with an ensuite. Would it be cheaper to get this built or buy it from a specialist company? Thanks in advance.

I don't think you're going to fit a gym, guest bedroom and ensuite into 15 square metres.

That's a good point. If we were to extend it to 20 or 25 square meters, how much do you think that would cost?

You are going to need a lot of details before anyone can put any accurate price on that:
What is the layout going to be like?
    How many doors?
How many Windows and what sizes?
    What type of foundations?
    Floors?
    Wall construction?
    What timber finish?
    Roofing materials?
    Roof finish?
    Insulations?
    Specify electrics?
    Spec Plumbing?
    Heating?

The more detail you go into the more sense it would make to get an Architect/Arch Tech on site and consider designing an extension to your house as opposed to constructing a cabin type structure at the end of the garden, but only you will be able to say what use it will get.
