How come i can't find something else like this online,
Gloriosa name is one i can't find,
    What is this watch,
How old is it, Whats it made of, and how come back won't go back on,
I took back off to blow dust out of it, Started to run then,
But then i could not get back on again, I hit it, pressed it, pretty hard,
Then turned it over to find hand fell off due to all the hitting,

Is it old, Worth retoring? O r bin it,
    I know nothing of watches,
say antimagnetic on back panel i can't get back on

My first watch was a Gloriosa !

I got it when I made my Communion in the late '60's...was a serious treat for a young fella back then.

Gloriosa were very popular watches around the 70's . I remember there was an agents for them and I'm almost certin it was Osterseters , they were located on O'Connell st opposite where penny's is now . If it wasn't Osterseters then it was Amster ( thy were based on abbey st , above sherries cafe ) I'm sure both are long since gone , as for getting it repaired , if it just needs an overhaul it's possible , but if you needs parts , I'd say impossible
