Rent Relief - How long does monies take

Hey, Presume this is the right forum. I applied for rent relief 8 weeks ago and got a letter last Monday confirming my bank details and stating that any monies will be paid in directly. No money has gone in yet. Just wondering if anyone knows how long it usually takes.
