Just wondering has anyone here tried these?

Or any of the other street style shoes. Was thinking of getting something comfortable for the summer.

    Any feedback?

Bought them last weekend but haven't worn them playing golf yet. I will report back once I've played a few rounds in them. Not sure what they'll be like in very wet weather.

I got the Ecco streets last year just for pitch and putt as I thought they were too nice (and too expensive) for golf.

This worked until I forgot my golf shoes last weekend and was signed up to play 36 holes. The streets were absolutely fine for grip on all shots - not sure if you remember what last Sunday afternoon was like but it was torrential rain for the full 18 holes. The shoes held up great - although they are not waterproof, however they were not too bad considering the conditions.

Biggest thing I noticed was that my feet felt fine after the 36, however after 18 holes in my normal Ecco golf shoes they are normally tired feeling.

120 euro not that much these days really, well worth the money too if theyre very comfy which i would say they are, dunno if theyre for irish winters though!!!

EDIT: yep just as i thought "A lightweight, summer golf shoe, designed for dry courses"

Just get some Footjoy Sport's or similar.

Best of both worlds, and safe in the knowledge of knowing that they are easily the best shoe on the market.

Thing I like about these new street styles is that they are dual purpose and you can wear them just as easily off the course as casual shoes.

Would you not wear down the grips super fast doing this though. I assume there rubber or something similar

ehh i wouldnt be wearing them around as casual shoes anyway ha, nice for the course :) but as i said earlier these are not at all for soft wet courses like most of us play on, theyre really for firm courses or in summer here ud be fine with them, oct-april forget it

I'd be just using them in dry conditions in summer when ground is hard. I suffer from cracked skin on soles of feet in hard ground so something like this would help me.

Anyone who has a pair are they standard enough fitting in size?

I find Ecco shoes to be a bit small for the size

Why you selling them, what's wrong with them?.
