Where can I buy Starcraft2 cheaply?

Just wondering does anyone know where I can buy Starcraft2 cheaply, be it online or offline?

Is €29 the cheapest that I can get it for at g2play.net?

They had it in GameStop for 20euro there two weeks back. Don't know if its still 20 though

Had a look on their website, and they mention Starcraft II CE as €20 - no idea what the CE refers to, though?

They're also selling Starcraft II for €35, so would like to know what the "CE" refers to before I get it.

It's odd that it was less than the usual edition, but netherless doubtful it'll come back into stock.

Cheers, but all in and around g2play's price, so I'll stick with them (have used them in the past, and find them decent).
