Just manipulate the m to form mm and substitute, i.e. m = 1000 mm, => m^3 = 1e9 mm^3. Good method for getting units in the required form.

There is a multitude of online converters that do countless units, it would be much quicker doing a search on google than posting the question. Of course you wont have that luxury in an exam so if its some thing simple like kg/m3 to kg/mm3 just try to think of it in its basic form and then work from there. 1m =1000mm so cube them both and you get the conversion factor. Then divide the original value by the conversion factor and Fanny's your aunt.

Of course its not always divide, sometimes its multiply.
