I used to love these bargains when they came up, friends would laugh when they came round and saw the 2L bottles of coke or sprite or whatever offer was going at the time stacked to the rafters in the corner of my room and I saved a fortune but tbh it wasn't worth it because I got a big fat pregnant looking gut on me from all the sh1t I was drinking.

So I switched to mixing diet Mi-Wadi and sparkling water, you can get sparkling water for nothing these days, Centra and Tesco own brand is usually dirt cheap, I just filled the boot with 2L sparkling Deep Riverrock for 79 cents each and Mi-Wadi is 2-for-one, both offers in Tesco. Ive been drinking that for a month now and the gut has shrank away to nothing, I can knock back pint after pint of it no worries because its 99.9% water and way more thirst-quenching than fizzy drinks with 50+ ingredients and horrific amounts of sugar in them.

I feel way better, more energy, better skin, awake at work, easier to get out of bed in the mornings, I go up and down to Galway a lot from Dublin and it used to leave me with a splitting headache every time but those have gone too. I drink about 6 pints of water a day now compared to 1-2 liters of whatever fizzy drink I had in the fridge and it was a great decision, Id totally recommend it to anyone, you will notice the difference nearly straight away.

Seen this in Superquinn today too, so it must be on in all Musgraves stores, watch out though some Centra stores may not have the offer.
