    Hey everyone. :)
I'm currently a 6th year student, and I have applied for both the TAP and Liberal Arts in Liberties college. I was wondering if anyone here has completed these programmes and if they could share their opinions and mention which college course they got into afterwards? Thanks.

    Hi,

I did the Liberal Arts Course two years ago and would say it is extremely worth it. I wasn't in TAP but i was in the joint liberal arts class. I got seven distinctions and now attend Maynooth studying arts. There are 4 people from liberties in my class out here also, others went to UCD and Trinity.

Liberties College is a lot of work though also. Just do your bit each week and you'll fly by. It is a shock to the system but DON'T let that phase you. Stick through it and you won't look back, trust me Uni is kick ass

We had a class of 24 and only something like 9 finished it. A lot of people won't see the course through for whatever reason, it takes self belief.

Hope you stick with it. :)

That's great to hear, I'm glad you got into Maynooth, they have a wonderful arts course. :)

Yeah when I did my interview they said the work load was heavy enough, but I reckon with consistent work I should be fine. Do you think you have a lot more to do now in uni, or is it about the same?

That's a shocking percentage, I would have thought more people would finish. Oh well, I better just make sure I am one of the ones that does! :D

    Thanks for the response!
