Ebay Problem

    hi guys i had some items up for sale on ebay recently.. i had 3 of the same item up for buy it now. one was bought and paid for and another person clicked the buy it now option but never paid a couple of hours later ebay removed my listing.. i was unable to open a unpaid item case as the item no longer existed. but i am still being charged the final selling fees even though i got no payment for the item...this happened about 2-3 weeks ago and since then ive sent numerous emails to customer support.. id say as many as 12 emails have been sent.. they claim to try and reply within 24 hours but ive got nothing back from them.. what can i do. im not paying the fees on something i didnt get paid for and i dont really want them to suspend my account as ive been using the account for about 8 years an have good feedback etx...

    If ebay removes a listing, you will automatically be credited any fees you paid.
