anyone here a member of either moyvalley / new forest? just wondering on the 'reciprocal playing rights' element of membership of either - does this mean that you are effectively a member of both, i.e that you can play in the member comps of either, your gui is setup on both for member booking or is it that you join one club but can just play the other as a visitor but with fees waived?

Yup the last part of your post is correct, you can play both courses for free but as regards club competitions you nominate one of the clubs as your 'home' course and play your comps there. You can still bring visitors out on the reduced green fee rate on either course though
