Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

One panel dull

The rear quarter panel seems duller than the rest of the car even when polished. It's almost like there's a faint covering of whiteish haze over it. It's very faint and you'd only notice when it's polished and you compare it to the rest of the car but it's annoying. Car is metallic black.

I assume a machine polish would be needed to sort it?
Any ideas what could have caused it?

    Probably resprayed at some point.

I would agree, sounds like it was resprayed at some point and not blended in properly. You could try a machine polish. T-Cut, then polish to see if it improves it.

If it was a bad paint job, there's not a lot you can do bar respray. Does it have an orange peel effect?

Don't think it was resprayed. It wasn't always like this it's something that's after developing in the past few months.

I'll have a closer look tomorrow...

A Pic of the panel and haze may help someone identify the issue?
