Meant to reply to this ages ago - sorry.

A limited number of route 109 buses serve Dunboyne and run along the R157. Departing Dunboyne going towards Dunshaughlin/Navan/Kells at 08.30 and 10.30.

In the other direction the 15.15 and 17.15 ex Kells. (15.35 & 17.35 ex Navan; 15.55 & 17.55 ex Dunshaughlin).

    All run Mon-Sat inclusive.

Outside those times the closest stop would be that at Sheaf of Wheat (adjacent to the filling station/Bracetown Business Park). There's a stop flagpole and footpath both sides though no shelter (Unable to show it via Google maps)

I've never seen a 109 bus stopping at/near the R157 junction. There doesn't appear to be anywhere safe to do so.

The next nearest stop would be at Fairyhouse Cross (but it's about double the distance away from the R157/Navan Rd. Jct that the Sheaf of Wheat stop is).

Another point that may possibly be of help is that nearly all route 111 services stop at M3 Parkway station.
