Hi. Anyone any ideas or know a website????

My self and a Mate were Planning on doing a roadtrip around UK in June, but dont want to have to fork out 100pound a nite for some flowery B&B or Ibis hotel.

I seen a website before but cant find it where you can stay in University halls over the summer for like 15pound a nite etc...This would suit us better as wer in our 20's and will be heading Out most nites and could make our own breakfast/snacks etc. Not interested in Hostels or camping(not worth buying the gear as not driving by ferry. Using a Uk mates car). Prefer own private room thats secure.

Anyone any ideas or know a website. Have not decided on a particular area, but mostly thinkin of headin from Liverpool - midlands - london and back.

    Cheers in advance...

Seeing as you mentioned Ibis,Accor have two other chains which are cheaper: Etap and Formule1. Prices start at £25 for a twin room. They're really basic, but are good value.. More flexible than halls too.

Might be worth checking the websites of the universities.

I stayed for a couple of weeks in Bath University this year and the accommodation was great. Good standard of ensuite room with a shared kitchen.

I would imagine the other universities have a similar setup.
