    Hi all.
    Portlaw red cross are again holding the annual Tom Jordan 5mile on the 11th. Its mainly a flat course, fast enough. Very well run race, and also goes to a great cause. All money raised goes to the red cross. Its on in portlaw and starts at 7.30.

    Great race this,think its the fourth year of it and i will be in attendance once again...

    Did this the last 3 yrs and always PB'd here despite the heat! Too close to the Clonmel 10k this year on the 13th so disappointed to miss out.
